In our program, you’ll develop the most valuable and practical skill of all for the study of psychology: your critical thinking.
Why Choose Psychology at SU?
The minor in psychology consists of a minimum of five courses. Only one course may be used to meet a General Education requirement, and at least three courses must be completed at SU. Either PSYC 300 or PSYC 320 may count toward the minor requirements, but not both. All courses in the minor must be completed with grades of C or better.
Students in the psychology minor must complete the PSYC 101 General Psychology core course. Students also select four additional psychology courses.
For a more in-depth study, SU also offers a psychology major.
