College of Southern Maryland and Salisbury University are committed to expanding education opportunities and providing a smooth transition for students wishing to earn an associate and a baccalaureate degree. The goal of the agreement with CSM is to facilitate smooth transition into SU’s Bachelor of Arts program in social work. However, rest assured that if you are not in a cooperating program, SU will work with you to help you meet your goals.

SU offers one program in cooperation with CSM. However, other options are available to CSM students who wish to transfer to SU.
SU’s Social Work Program is Your True Fit
Our social work program prepares you for the real world with both hands-on classroom study and practical field experience. You have more opportunities to learn job skills with field experience at area social agencies. Our program is fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, a must for earning licensure.
