Howard Community College and Salisbury University are committed to expanding educational opportunities and providing a smooth transition for students wishing to earn an associate and a baccalaureate degree. The goal of the agreement with HCC is to facilitate smooth transition into SU’s undergraduate program in conflict analysis and dispute resolution. However, rest assured that if you are not in one of the cooperating programs, SU will work with you to help you meet your goals.

SU offers one program in cooperation with HCC. However, other options are available to HCC students who wish to transfer to SU.
