International students who have graduated or will graduate from secondary/high school and have not earned credits at a post-secondary institution (college or university) should apply as a first year student. Students who have graduated from high school and who have also earned credits at a post-secondary institution should apply as transfer students.
Salisbury University require official transcripts for application review. All credentials must be official, original documents or notarized attested copies of the original. Documents must be mailed in a sealed envelope directly from a secondary school, examination board or university (see mailing address below) or emailed to admissions@salisbury.edu.

Salisbury University requires all international applicants from a non-English speaking country to submit proof of English proficiency. Score results must be from a test taken within the past three years. Official test scores must be sent directly from the testing organization to Salisbury.
English proficiency can be demonstrated by submitting/completing ONE of the following official scores/programs:
