Leadershape

Leadershape is a 4-day experience that creates community and challenges participants to lead with integrity while working towards a vision grounded in their deepest values. This year, Leadershape takes place in Northeast, Maryland at the Northbay Adventure site from August 12th-15th. Registration to Leadershape includes transportation, meals, and accommodations for each student. Activities such as self-assessments, team building challenges, and small group workshops are included in this exciting experience! Leadershape is a national non-profit organization with a mission to transform the world by increasing the number of people who lead with integrity and a healthy disregard for the impossible.
