Are there too many things to get done, both personally and professionally, that you feel so overwhelmed you think you can’t do any of them well? The goal of this interactive workshop is to identify and recognize where schedule overwhelm occurs and learn strategies to become empowered in converting time from overwhelm into opportunity.
What is the value you will gain from attending this workshop? You will learn to:
Understand where you spend your time, what is serving you well and what isn’t
Create goals for the most strategic use of your time
Create an implementation plan to effect changes and regain control of your time
