Welcome to the Salisbury University Physical Plant Web site. Physical Plant is a department consisting of building trades, horticulture, recycling, project management, facility services, motor pool, support services, and energy management.

The mission of the Physical Plant is to maintain and provide facility renewal projects to Salisbury University buildings and grounds in such a manner that we achieve a safe, efficient and aesthetically pleasing environment that is conducive to the delivery of education. We strive to accomplish our mission with pride, integrity, and respect. Physical Plant employees are well trained in their fields, which allows us to provide support to the campus community at Salisbury University.

The success of Physical Plant will be determined by our ability to meet the needs of our customers and to address and resolve any facility problems that may arise.
