New for 2008, the Campus Recreation department will kick off a Personal Training program for all students, faculty, and staff. By registering in the Campus Recreation Office (146A) you will be able to purchase various training packages that allow you to be paired with a qualified student personal trainer. This trainer will take you through a health appraisal and design an appropriate program specifically for your needs and goals. Your information will be tracked in order to monitor your progress as you move along through the program. Various activities will be associated with this program during the course the academic year, giving more incentive to participate and get active.
