SU Galleries Hosts Sale For African-American History Month

SALISBURY, MD---Handmade African dolls, carved wooden animals and African-American games are on sale at the Atrium Gallery of Salisbury University’s Guerrieri University Center February 11-28 during SU’s African-American History Month celebration.

Discounts of more than 40 percent apply to many items, including Putumayo African music CDs and African crafts. Games featured include Chatham Hill’s Underground Railroad multimedia activity set and the Nguzo Saba 7 Principles Game.

Gallery hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday-Friday, noon-4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. The gallery is closed Mondays and holidays. Proceeds benefit University Galleries. For more information call 410-548-2547 or visit the SU Web site at www.salisbury.edu.
