Perdue School Faculty Membery, Frank Shipper, Published in January issue of the "Human Relations" Journal

SALISBURY, MD--Dr. Frank Shipper, professor of management in the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business at Salisbury State University, recently co-authored an article that appeared in the January publication of the journal, "Human Relations."

The article, "Mastery, Frequency and Interaction of Managerial Behaviors Relative to Subunit Effectiveness," shares research that questions popular advice often given to managers. Collaborating on the article with Shipper was Dr. Charles S. White of the School of Business Administration at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga.
