Welcome to the Fulton School
The
Charles R. and Martha N. Fulton School of Liberal Arts is the largest and most diverse of
Salisbury University's four endowed schools. Its
twelve departments embrace most of
the academic disciplines in the visual and performing arts, humanities and social
sciences. In addition to our strengths in these
disciplines, the Fulton School offers a number of majors and
minors in interdisciplinary and applied fields.
Whether or not you choose a major from among our many
offerings, you will be taking courses with us that will help lay
the foundation of your undergraduate experience. Your
liberal
arts education
will help you set goals for your professional life and instill a
love of knowledge that will last your lifetime. At the heart of the Fulton
School is a talented group of
faculty members dedicated to excellence in teaching, scholarship and
advising. With modest class sizes and unlimited
opportunities to explore your scholarly interests, you can look
forward to making the Fulton School your academic home.
As the home of academic programs in the visual and performing
arts, the Fulton School also plays a leading role in promoting
cultural activities for the Salisbury University campus and the
broader community. Please see our
Arts & Culture page to explore
the University's many offerings, and I hope to see you on campus
soon.
