U.S. Capitol Flag Donated to Edward H. Nabb Research Center

class=""MsoNormal"">SALISBURY, MD---Rebecca Miller, director of the Edward H. Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History and Culture at Salisbury University, recently accepted a U.S. flag flown over the U.S. Capitol expressly for the Nabb Research Center. Arrangements for the flag flying were made by U.S. Senator Paul S. Sarbanes.

class=""MsoNormal"">Presenting the flag on behalf of the Samuel Chase Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, was the chapter’s flag chair, Eleanor Mulligan.

class=""MsoNormal"">In addition to the flag, the center was presented with a check from the Samuel Chase Chapter and a certificate signed by the architect of the Capitol which stated, “This flag was flown for The Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History and Culture.
