SU Hosts 'An Evening in Marrakesh' Vegan Dinner Nov. 11

class=""MsoNormal"">SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University Dining Services presents “An Evening in Marrakesh” vegan candlelight dinner 5-7 p.m. Friday, November 11, in the Bistro of the Commons.

class=""MsoNormal"">The menu includes roasted tomato-harissa soup with olive toasts, jicama and blood orange salad, tropical fruit granite with champagne splash, Moroccan garlic garbanzos with vegetable couscous, Mediterranean flat breads with lemon and cilantro Moroccan olives and baby vegetable medley, vegan cheesecake with oranges and almonds, and Moroccan mint tea.
