SSO Youth and Collegiate Symphony to perform April 10

SALISBURY, MD---The Salisbury Symphony Orchestra Affiliated Youth and Collegiate Symphony performs its spring concert Thursday, April 10, at 7:30 p.m. in Salisbury University’s Great Hall, located in Holloway Hall.

The group, conducted by Dr. Thomas Elliot, ranges in age from 10 to 21 and members hail from around Delmarva including students from SU.

The Orchestra will perform “Sleepers Wake” by Bach; the “Meditation” from Theis by Massenet; the “Liberty Bell March” by John Phillip Sousa; a piece for two harps featuring SU students Danielle Carboni and Jessica Whelan; as well as several other works.
