SBDC Workshop: "Retail/Restaurant Smart Start", Jan. 26

SALISBURY, MD--- Potential and new (less than one year) retail/restaurant owners are invited to attend a workshop “Retail/Restaurant Smart Start” on Saturday, January 26. Sponsored by the Small Business Development Center at Salisbury University the workshop is from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. in the SBDC Offices on Power Street in Salisbury.

Topics covered include: Why your idea now, POS systems, business basics, vendor relationships, lease negotiations, human resources, inventory and merchandizing, customer service, financials, cash flow and projections, marketing and e-commerce.
