Perdue School, Dongbei University Sign Study Abroad MOU"

class=""MsoNormal"">SALISBURY, MD---Students in Salisbury University’s Franklin P. Perdue School of Business will have the opportunity to study Asian economics firsthand following the recent signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the Perdue School and China’s Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.

class=""MsoNormal"">Perdue students initially studied at Dongbei last summer as part of a pilot program for the exchange. Now, Dongbei students also will have the opportunity to study at SU.

class=""MsoNormal"">Present during the MOU signing were SU Provost David Buchanan; Dr. William Moore, dean of the Perdue School; Dr. Jim Quan of the Information and Decision Sciences Department; Dr. Denise Rotondo, associated dean of the Perdue School; Perdue student Erik Hanson; Dr. Hong Yao of the Economics and Finance Department; Dr. Richard Hoffman of the Management and Marketing Department; and Perdue student David Clark. Hanson and Clark were among students attending Dongbei during last summer’s pilot program.
