Healthcare Subject of April 25 Town Meeting" 

SALISBURY, MD---A town meeting to discuss health care issues will be held with representatives of Maryland Health Care for All on Wednesday, April 25, at 7 p.m. in the Montgomery Room of the Commons at Salisbury State University.

Maryland Health Care for All is a grassroots coalition of more than 1,400 state and local groups. The town meeting they are holding at SSU provides a forum for citizens of the three Lower Shore counties to discuss their health care needs. Similar town meetings are being held throughout the state to gather input. Using the information the coalition will push for changes that will ensure all Marylanders have access to quality and affordable health insurance coverage.

Co-sponsors include the Tri-County League of Women Voters, the Salisbury Branch of the American Association of University Women and SSU’s Institute for Public Affairs and Civic Engagement (PACE).
