Out-going Collegiate Conservative Society President Michael Andersen Conservative Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C.

SALISBURY, MD--Out-going Collegiate Conservative Society president Michael Andersen, a sophomore at Salisbury State University, attended the 10th annual Conservative Leadership Conference in (CLC) in Washington, D.C. recently where he heard major conservative leaders speak and met with leading policymakers and politicians from across the country.

"It was a tremendous experience," said Andersen. "The meeting of conservative minds from all over America was truly an incredible sight and I am truly honored and privileged to have been a part of the conference."

Andersen, a political science major from Rockville, MD, served for a year as president of the Collegiate Conservative Society Inc., a nonprofit educational organization run by SSU students. His participation in the CLC is part of the Collegiate Conservative Societyâs goal of increasing student activism and participation in matters of public policy.
