Lecture on Native American Towns in Southern Delaware at SU

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s Edward H. Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History and Culture hosts the lecture “Native American Towns in Southern Delaware” 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, in Conway Hall Room 156.

Daniel Griffith of the Delaware Archaeological Society discusses research on 17th-century Native American towns in southern Delaware. Evidence from archaeological digs, combined with documentation of Native towns in English and Dutch colonial sources, have led to a fuller understanding of these areas.
