Through the Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium (MEEC), Salisbury University is able to offer current faculty, staff and students an opportunity to purchase discounted Microsoft, Adobe, and other products at a greatly discounted price from Kivuto Solutions, a third party provider. This software availability is subject to change at any time, and availability is determined and controlled completely by the software vendors and the MEEC consortium.

Active Faculty, Staff, and Students interested in purchasing discounted software will need to first log in at SU's Kivuto Solutions Logon Portal (formerly e-Academy). This will verify your current account status to Kivuto Solutions.

Once logged in, you can view the software that Microsoft and other vendors have made available at a discount to students, faculty and staff through the MEEC agreement. We are only able to offer the software listed on this site; we are unable to request software be placed on the Kivuto Solutions site.

Check Eligibility

You can check to see if you are eligible to purchase a product by clicking the Are you eligible? link on the product description page on the Kivuto Solutions site, below the Add to Cart link, as shown in the example below.

MEEC Are You Eligible

Only current active students, faculty and staff are eligible for software discounts. Alumni and emeriti are not eligible to purchase discounted software. Applicants and accepted students will not be eligible to purchase discounted software until their accounts have been activated, which usually occurs somewhere between orientation and the start of their first semester.

Help and Assistance with Purchases and Downloads

For assistance with purchases, downloads, installation and licenses for products purchased through Kivuto Solutions, log into their site and click the Help button next to the Shopping Cart in the upper right hand corner of the page.

The Help Page will display a list of common problems. If that does not solve your issue, scroll to the bottom of the Help Page and click the Contact Us link to contact Kivuto Solutions for assistance.

For information about previous orders, click Your Account/Orders next to the Shopping Cart in the upper right hand corner of the page.

Note: If you are looking for your Product Key, it is included in your Order Details. In Your Account/Orders, click View Details under the order entry for the product you need a product key for. You have limited access to keys and downloads from date of purchase.

Computer Discount:

The University offers a 10% - 30% Dell discount through MEEC as well. Just go to the Bookstore website Salisbury University Dell Store and click on the Dell logo in order to get to the Salisbury University shopping area.

Faculty, Staff and Students are eligible to purchase software as long as their account is active and they are current students, faculty or staff members. You must use your current SU username and password to login. Please call 410-677-5454 or submit a ticket online if you are having trouble logging in.
