RESP 302-372 BAS RESP PROC-CLIN Provides basic skills necessary for the application of medical gases, aerosol and humidity therapy, chest physiotherapy, airway management, incentive spirometry, intermittent positive pressure breathing, arterial blood gases, and cleaning and sterilization. Prerequisites: Admission to respiratory therapy major, junior status, completion of General Education and core requirements. Supervised experience: one hour lecture, nine hours clinical practice per week.
