EDLD 555-601 PUBLIC SCH FISCAL & HR MGMT Focuses on the need for educational leaders to use their knowledge of organizational theory to create a learning environment that promotes the success of all students. Emphasis is placed on the allowcation of resources such as personnel, facilities and technology to create an effective learning environment. Students investigate management issues dealing with the alignment of fiscal and human resource functions to the success of all students. Prerequisites: EDLD 516, EDLD 517, EDLD 552. Three hours per week.
