Job Description: Needed to process and adjudicate claims in a Call Center environment. Communication and keyboarding skills are required. Associate position requires a high school diploma or GED and four years clerical experience, or AA Degree. Specialist position requires a BS/BA degree or AA degree and one year experience determining human services eligibility. Associate level requires Spanish translation skills
