COMPENSATION:  Unpaid Internship. We will be glad to provide any information, reports or
evaluations required for you to obtain college credit for this internship and/or  provide a letter of recommendation for candidates that complete their assigned responsibilities professionally and successfully.

DESCRIPTION:
The market research and analysis intern will generate and analyze reports on insight data, and use
industry-standard research methods and tools to inform the decisions of the marketing department.
This intern will also be responsible for generating the reports necessary to plan and evaluate
marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities will include:

• Analyze website traffic, e-newsletter readership, social networking engagement and sales
  data for trends and reporting findings internally.
• Plan and conduct on-site and post-event surveying participants of our programs and special
  events to analyze marketing and public relations effectiveness, demographics and customer feedback.
• Contributing to a consumer insight initiative by gathering and interpreting customer
  feedback during department programs and special events.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

• Current student or recent graduate at a college, institute or university in a marketing,
  business, mathematics, statistics, or related program.
• Quantitative analysis experience thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and similar tools.
• Experience summarizing and reporting data findings.
• Interest in exploring customer data and identifying trends.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills..
• A valid driver’s license and transportation.
