Job Fairs at SU
As the Job Fairs at SU rapidly approach, I think back to last year's job fairs and the dress that was displayed by some students here at SU. I saw students in pajamas, shorts, sweats, t-shirts and even a guy carrying a skate board. Can you believe that? If you were an employer what would you say if you saw a guy with a skate board-"Gee I think we can use that guy in our management program!"
For those students who did dress well I want to say great job. For those who are thinking about attending in any attire you need to understand these job fairs are REAL! Make sure you dress well and represent Salisbury U. well. Most importantly make a good first impression for yourself. The employers attending the job fairs have real jobs and you only have one chance to make a first impression. Let me hear what you have to say about this topic and any questions you may have about dress.

No one knows about the Career Planning Class!
The Genl 110-150 Career Planning Class offers students the chance to seek jobs and internships while receiving class credit. The course is participatory by nature and gives you a great chance to interact with other students. The resources are unlimited. Only juniors and seniors can take the class. My question is-why do students not know about this class?
