Humberto Aristizabal, AVP of Institutional Equity, Fair Practices Officer, Title IX Coordinator, and ADA Coordinator, provides leadership in all aspects of Fair Practices, Equal Employment and Educational Opportunity, and Affirmative Action programs.
Anne E. Bergen-Aurand, Deputy Fair Practices Officer & Asst. Director for Civil Rights and Title IX, is responsible for the investigation and resolution of internal and external complaints of harassment and discrimination; provides hands-on oversight to the OIE investigations; implements policies, procedures, and tactical strategies; and provides training, education and outreach.
Edith N. Ngwaba, Civil Rights & Title IX Investigator, conducts and supports investigations of allegations of violations of the University’s non-discrimination policies; serves as a point-of-contact for students, faculty and staff across campus dealing with issues of fair practices; supports the office staff and others to implement the fair practices goals of the strategic plan; and provides training to encourage faculty, staff and students to comply with legal and policy anti-discrimination requirements.
Aida Holland, Administrative Assistant, serves as liaison to answer and respond to inquiries and provides administrative support to all Office of Institutional Equity programs.
