Dr. Althea Pennerman

Dr. Althea Pennerman is an Associate Professor at Salisbury University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from the University of the West Indies, Kingston Jamaica; a M.A. of Education in Special Education and a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Development from the University of South Alabama, Mobile Alabama. Her areas of concentration are Special Education and Instructional Design and Development.

Dr. Pennerman teaches graduate and undergraduate courses. Her interests include: Closing the Achievement Gap, Innovative Instructional Design, and Constructivist Teaching Methods, among others.
