Frequently Asked Questions - Faculty & Staff Mail

What time does mail arrive at SU?

USPS mail arrives at Salisbury University (SU) at 8:00AM and 12:00PM, and is sorted for campus delivery.  Campus mail deliveries begin at 8:15AM and 12:00PM.  Mail deliveries for East Campus and satellite house locations begins at 9:45AM and 2:00PM.  UPS arrives between 10:30AM and 11:30AM and Fed Ex arrives between 10:00AM and 1:00PM.

What time does mail leave SU?

Mail is picked up by the USPS between 2:30PM-3:00PM Monday through Friday. Anything dropped in mail slots after that time will leave the next day between 2:30PM-3:00PM. Any mail dropped after 2:30PM on Friday will not leave campus until Monday afternoon.

There is one USPS mailbox on campus, located outside Holloway Hall and Parking Lot F.  Mail is picked up Monday through Friday at 5:30PM, and on Saturdays at 9:00AM.

Is the SUPO open on weekends?

There are no hours on weekends. Mail is not received or sent out on weekends.

How do I receive a package?

All package deliveries are handled by Support Services.  Please visit their website for more information.
