The 32nd annual Salisbury University Golf Classic was an enjoyable day (with no rain!) for the more than 110 golfers who participated. Glen Riddle Golf Club in Berlin, MD, hosted the event on Tuesday, May 10.
“Over $36,000 was raised to help future Sea Gull students,” said Amy Waters, SU’s director of donor relations and special events. “Our annual tournament is a success because of the great group of people participating. The turnout from our local and regional businesses with continual sponsorship support shows their commitment to the University and our students. We can’t thank them enough.”
A field of 28 teams competed for prizes and bragging rights. Winners included:
• First place net: Delmarva Power (John Petito, Neil Baker, Joe Nice, John Allen)
