Britni was nominated by Dr. Voncelia Brown, Associate Professor in the department of Nursing, for her customer service and professionalism. The nomination states, “It’s a great relief when Britni is the voice on the other end of the telephone. She never makes me feel foolish and her patience is noteworthy. IT is well represented by her professionality.” A letter of support from IT Help Desk/Support Manager, Kevin Malone, states, “Britni was hired just over 2 years ago and is admired by her colleagues and adored by customers for the kind, friendly, and patient manner in which she helps solve SU faculty, staff and student technology issues…Britni goes the extra mile for each and every customer. Each and every issue that Britni deals with for SU customers is treated with the same level of care and with urgency.” In closing, a letter of support from Director of IT Operations, Duke Darrigo, states, “Britni exemplifies SU’s mission to provide quality customer service on campus. Britni takes a customer first approach in each call, ticket, and interaction throughout her day. We are fortunate to have such a dedicated employee here at SU.”
