Employee Recognition Program

Employees of the Month

July 2013
Gail Larmore
Gail Larmore
Supervisor
Admissions Office
Gail was nominated by Aaron Basko, Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management, for often going above and beyond in her dedication of time and effort. The nomination form notes that in addition to providing exemplary customer service to dozens of daily visitors, Gail ensures that over 11,000 annual student applications are processed in an organized manner and receive a timely review. Her troubleshooting skills have been utilized many times during multiple system and process implementations, including two online application migrations, an implementation of a customer relations management system and an online deposit payment system. Her knowledge of these processes and online systems is a tremendous asset to the office and in her assistance of applicants. It was also mentioned that “Gail brings a positive spirit, commitment to results, and big-picture perspective that is always focused on the greater good of the office” and was instrumental in revamping the budget process to improve forecasting and tracking abilities. In closing, Aaron stated “I can’t say enough good things about Gail’s willingness to put the good of others before her own, even at great personal sacrifice of her own time and priorities.”
