<p>Graduate Programs&mdash;GRE Workshop<br />Time:&nbsp; 6:00 PM &ndash; 7:30 PM<br />Location:&nbsp; Commons, 214 The Montgomery Room<br />This workshop will go over the SU graduate programs and their requirements.&nbsp; Deadlines, admissions, etc. will all be discussed for each program.&nbsp; Also, there will be a Kaplan GRE representative discussing the GRE and what it takes to produce good results.&nbsp; We will also have a student who recently took the GRE go over what she thought about the test.<br />To attend you must register on Connections as space is limited. <p>Spring 2018 Job and Internship Fair<br />Time:&nbsp; Noon to 4:00 PM<br />Location:&nbsp; Maggs Gym<br />This year we will have a repeat of the popular &ldquo;Photo Booth&rdquo; set-up in Maggs.&nbsp; There will be a professional photographer there to take your free picture for LinkedIn (&ldquo;the&rdquo; professional networking website).&nbsp; Dress professionally.&nbsp; The Photo Booth is optional.<br />--Connect with employers at the Fair- Always good to come early! &nbsp;<br />--Review the list of participants and identify who you want to talk to.&nbsp; Research that employer by reading their website. <br />--Have your resume ready!&nbsp; Remember to have your resume looked at on Thursdays (walk-in day in Career services, GUC 133) or via an appointment.<br />--Select, clean and press your cloths.&nbsp; Professional business attire is best for seniors.&nbsp; Business casual will suffice for others less serious. &nbsp;<br />--Practice your handshake-firm with confident eye contact.<br />--Ready your elevator pitch.&nbsp; Make a powerful first impression with a thought-through 30 second pitch.
