Annelise Beer is from Havre de Grace Maryland where she started playing the cello in fourth grade. Annelise has played in orchestras in and outside of school including All-County, Harford Youth Orchestra, and Harford Symphonic Orchestra. Along with her music Annelise also participated in sports such as soccer, basketball, and softball in and out of high school while playing on multiple softball teams at a time. On top of this Annelise participated in many other extracurricular activities such as National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Student Government Association among others. Annelise is currently a first semester senior at Salisbury University where she will be graduating early this coming fall semester with a major in Anthropology and a minor in Biology. This past summer Annelise did a study abroad in South Africa for an archaeological field school through the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Annelise intends to continue her education through graduate school and her goal is to get a PhD in Anthropology with a focus in Paleoanthropology.
