Located on the second floor of Holloway Hall, Room 228, the Office of Administration & Finance is primarily responsible for the administrative functions on campus. The departments reporting to the Vice President of Administration & Finance include Financial Services, Human Resources, Information Technology, Physical Plant, Facilities Planning & Capital Projects, University Police, Procurement, Budget, Campus Sustainability & Environmental Safety, Dining Services, Conference Services, and the Bookstore. Facilities Planning Unit oversees and develops Facilities Master Plan, develops preliminary programs and cost estimates for Capital Improvement Projects, analyzes space use and conducts space planning, and maintains Facilities Asset Inventory.
