Chillaxin’ is an open house and activities fair with a focus on mental health. The purpose is to give the students an opportunity to interact with our staff in a fun and relaxed atmosphere while also promoting our services. Participants from the surrounding community and from SU provide meaningful and engaging activity for students that incorporate mental health. Come take part in fun mental health awareness activities, take a photo with Sammy, enjoy a warm cup of cocoa, and learn about the services offered at SU and in the surrounding community.
Chalk it Up
SU’s Counseling Center invites the campus community to take some time to relieve end-of-the semester stress through artistic expression. Enjoy music, make a stress ball and add to the art that will cover Red Square and Chalk-it Up!!!
