Salisbury University recognizes the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance - something that is even more essential, and more difficult, during today's challenging times, in an effort to promote health and well-being among Salisbury University students, faculty and staff, we are working to expand our Wellness @ SU campaign to include nutrition education, fitness and weight loss activities, and intervention programs.  We invite all to participate in any of the Wellness @ SU campaigns that you might be able to get involved with, to ensure a happy, healthy, work-life balance.
