Salisbury University recognizes the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance – something that is even more essential, and often more difficult, during today's challenging times. I want to encourage all members of the campus community to seek their own personal balance and to engage in activities that promote both mental and physical health. In an effort to promote health and well-being among Salisbury University students, faculty and staff, we are working to expand our Wellness @ SU campaign to include nutrition education, fitness and weight loss activities, and intervention programs. The campus Wellness Committee continues to focus on programming that contributes to these efforts. This team is carefully considering a wide range of activities to help employees find support and ideas for making healthy choices and meeting their own wellness goals. We look forward to incorporating your ideas and suggestions to create activities and programs that will become an exciting part of our healthy culture here at Salisbury University.
