Welcome to Student Wellness Programs! Wellness is the condition
of good physical and mental health, especially when maintained
by proper diet, exercise, and habits. Wellness can mean many
things to many people. We know it is an important part of work
and life, yet because of it's many components and the diverse
nature of our campus community, it is difficult to construct one
definition of wellness that applies to all.
Using a wellness approach, this site is designed to cover six
wellness dimensions: Physical, Intellectual, Spiritual,
Occupational, Emotional, and Social. We want to offer students,
faculty, staff and members of the Salisbury community
information and resources to create and maintain a healthy
approach to life. Click on any area of the wheel to learn more
and get updates on events happening on campus and the surround

care of yourself so that you are more prepared to deal with
