  • involves activities that stimulate mental acuity and creativity, including using available resources to expand our knowledge and improve our skills.
  • encompasses the ability to share knowledge and learn about cultural and lifestyle differences, problem solving skills, continuous learning, keeping up-to-date on current events and work-related issues, and promoting your personal interests.
  • encourages personal creativity and mental challenges.

Tips for Improving Intellectual Wellness:

  • Think Positive!!! You will feel better and others will respect you.
  • Learn something new by checking our a book from the Library.
  • Go somewhere you’ve never been and examine your surroundings.
  • Be curious!!!
