Physical Wellness

Physical Wellness focuses on engaging in healthy activities, and taking care of one's body, nutrition, fitness and medical self care. This includes making good choices when it comes to:

  • Physical Activity
  • Nutrition
  • Illness Prevention
  • Alcohol
  • Sexual Health
  • Sleep

 

Salisbury University's Resources:

  • Maggs Physical Activity Center- Maggs Gym has several resources in helping Salisbury University students become physically active such as; a weight room, main gym, fitness room, pool, racquetball room, rock climbing wall, and much more. Your gull card is required to access the facility
  • University Fitness Club- UFC is free for all full and part-time Salisbury University students. Your gull card is required to access the facility
  • Exercise Is Medicine- EIM is a collaboration or different departments and individual united in the EIM initiative, that exercise IS medicine
  • Student Health Services- Student Health Services at Salisbury University is dedicated to providing high quality health care and health education services to the Salisbury University Campus
  • University Dietitian- Our University Dietician helps create meal plans for Salisbury students that are looking to become a healthier individual
