Physical wellness is your overall physical well-being. It involves taking care of your body by physical activity, disease prevention, and personal hygiene. Eating right and exercising regularly will help improve Physical wellness, as well as affecting other dimensions of the Wellness Wheel.

Tips for improving Physical Wellness:

  • Attend a group fitness class at the recreation & wellness center on campus
  • Join an intramural sports team
  • Park farther away from your classes and walk or ride your bike, instead of driving or taking the shuttle.
  • Use the stairs instead of the elevator.
