Every Choice is aimed at reducing campus sexual assault, dating/domestic violence and stalking by equipping students with realistic, actionable bystander intervention tools.  Every Choice is based on compelling research that shows that the most effective way to reduce violence is to encourage and empower bystanders of potentially violent situations to intervene before the violence occurs.

Bystander intervention training will:
- Empower, inspire and motivate you to take action when faced with a potential act of sexual assault, relationship violence or stalking.
- Equip you with basic bystander intervention skills such as: Recognizing both early and imminent warning signs, understanding personal obstacles that would prevent action, identifying multiple options for intervention that are realistic and manageable
- Inform you about sexual assault, relationship violence, and stalking and the resources: Basic facts/statistics, campus resources, campus policies.

To complete bystander intervention training:
- Log on to the Student Success Every Choice program
- Enter the Access Code: 14725 under "New Users."
- Follow the instructions provided to take the program.  You will be asked to input an e-mail address and password.  Remember to record this information, as it will allow you to re-enter the program as a returning student and complete the program in several sittings, if you choose, without having to start over.
