  1. Select "New File" from the "New” menu at the top of the screen:

  2. The “New File” page loads. On this page:
  1. Choose the Parent Folder in the CMS to upload the file (if you don’t do this, you can always move the file later, if needed)
  2. Click the "Choose File" button to browse to the file and select it - or - drag and drop the file from it's location on your computer or network drive to the "New File" page:

  3. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the "New File" page - this completes the file upload.

Open the page for editing - then follow these steps:

  1. Click inside the wysiwyg editor and enter text and then select it - or - select existing text.
  2. Click the link icon link iconon the tool bar (this button will be active until text or an image is selected) - the "Insert/Edit Link" dialog box appears:

  3. Click "Search" to browse to the file you uploaded and select it.
  4. Click "Insert"
  5. If you are done editing the page, click "Submit" to save your changes.
  6. If you are ready to make your changes live, click "Publish" and click "Submit". Be sure to take a look at the page and test your new link to be sure it works.
