The Telecommunications Office is designed to provide SU faculty, staff and students services and support for all areas related to telephone, and cable television. Our staff is trained to answer your questions and provide solutions to your problems/concerns.
To report a problem with your cable, phone, voicemail, or cellular service please call the campus switchboard at 410-543-6000 (x36000). Be sure to leave your name, building and room location and a phone number where you can be reached. Someone will be in touch with you. If you would prefer written correspondence or you are trying to contact us afterhours (weekdays after 5 pm, 4:30 pm during the summer or on the weekends) please send an email to email@example.com. When sending the email please remember to include the following: name, location, phone number, window of time when you will be available, and a detailed description of the problem (channels missing, port broken, static in phone, no dial tone, locked out of voicemail, etc.). Someone will be in touch with you.
The Gull Line phone number is 410-546-6426. The purpose of the Gull Line is to alert you of campus closings.
