Cellular Services

The Telecommunications Office has the authority to acquire cellular phones for the faculty and staff at Salisbury University.    The service provider is determined by the State of Maryland's Department of Budget and Management.  At the present time, the cellular providers are Cingular Wireless and Verizon Wireless.  It is important to note that this cellular service is for state-issued phones only (not for personal use).  This offer is not available in retail stores.  For more information about personal cellular phone use and plan availability, contact the Telecommunications Office or visit our Cellular Phone webpage.
