Cellular Plans

The State of Maryland contracts with Verizon Wireless, AT&T Wireless, and Sprint/Nextel. Due to coverage issues we have chosen to go with Verizon Wireless and AT&T Wireless.  Both carriers offer several different phones and plans, which include bundle plans and per minute plans.

Nationwide Plan

This plan will allow you coverage within the United States.  Since this is a national plan, there is no roaming fee.  The features included in this plan are: nationwide long distance, voicemail, caller ID, call waiting, call forwarding, 3-way calling and detailed billing. There are also plans that include unlimited data for those who prefer a phone that allows to have access to email.  There is also optional international coverage for most devices.  Please contact the Telecommunications office for more details

Nationwide Bundled (Minutes Included) Plan for Verizon Wireless

This plan will allow you coverage within the United States.  You will have a set number of anytime minutes and, if applicable, unlimited night & weekend minutes.  The features included in these plans are: nationwide long distance, caller ID, call waiting, 3-way calling, call forwarding, wireless Internet access, text messaging, voicemail and detailed billing. If choosing a data phone you will have unlimited data

Cellular Phones
