Course Sequence for All Teacher Candidates
In addition to completing the courses shown below, students majoring in Elementary Education at Salisbury University must do the following:

• Receive no grade lower than a C for all courses shown below
• Complete all prerequisite courses in the first two years of the sequence (except PHEC 106 and ENGL LIT) before applying to the professional program
• Maintain a 2.75 checklist GPA, including your transfer grades
• Complete an Approved Minor
• Apply to the Professional Teacher Education Program prior to taking Junior Year Courses
• Pass the PRAXIS I Exam by January of Sophomore Year
