Dr. Althea Pennerman

Dr. Althea Pennerman is an Assistant Professor at Salisbury University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica; a M.A. of Education in Special Education and a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Development from the University of South Alabama, Alabama. Her area of concentration is Special Education. Dr. Pennerman teaches graduate and undergraduate courses. Her interests include The Achievement Gap, Innovative Instructional Design, and Constructivist Teaching Methods, among others.
