Salisbury University Climate Action Plan

The purpose of the SU Climate Action Plan is to define a strategy to reduce and offset our greenhouse gas emissions to zero by the year 2050. The plan was developed by a team comprised of students, faculty and staff during the summer and fall of 2009. The 2010 Climate Action Plan is a framework which will shape the University's efforts over the coming 40 years, while being flexible enough to adjust to unanticipated technology, challenges and opportunities.

The Climate Action Plan is a living document which will be revisited in alternate years, beginning in 2011. The University
