Parents In Transition (Family Members)
Participants will explore ways in which the transition to
college impacts parents and students. They will also examine
strategies parents and students can utilize to enhance this
developmental transition so that the college experience becomes
academically rewarding and emotionally strengthening. Topics
include separation anxiety, emotional adjustment, campus
resources and academic strategies.

Housing & Residence Life (On-Campus Living)
Housing & Residence Life staff will provide information on
goals, policies and regulations, roommate issues, and programs
offered to the resident student population.

Transfer Student Registration
Students register for their fall semester classes. (See Advising
Appointment Schedule for Locations).
11 a.m.
Holloway Hall Auditorium
Anticipated completion times of individually paced student
course registration. Students will meet their parents in the
auditorium after they have completed registration.

Gull Card Student ID
Holloway Hall Great Hall
During the check-in period, students will get their Gull Card
identification photos taken. If you did not get your SU
identification photos taken prior to registration for your
spring classes, the Gull Card office, located in The Commons
Building (Dining Hall) Room 036 will be open and available to
issue ID cards from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday.

SECU (State Employees Credit Union)

Information is provided for banking services for students. The
ATM located on campus is provided through SECU. All students are
eligible for checking, savings, etc. If you did not get to talk
with the SECU representative during the check-in period, you may
visit the representative in the Guerrieri Center from 9:00 a.m.
4:00 p.m.
11:00, 11:15 and 11:30 a.m.
Campus Tour Leaves from Holloway Hall Lobby
PREVIEW peer leaders provide a tour of a residence hall room and
a short walking tour of the campus, identifying buildings.
(weather permitting).
